To clarify paragraph 26 of its order dated 19.08.2025 in W.P.No. 24177/2025 by permitting the petitioners to mask the identities of the witnesses by appropriately redacting their statements prior to disclosure to the respondent.

This petition has been filed to clarify paragraph-26 of the order dated 19.08.2025 in W.P.No.24177 of 2025 by permitting the petitioners/respondents to redact the identities of the witnesses in the copy of the statements that are going to be furnished to the writ petitioner.

Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and

the grounds raised in the clarification petition and also after hearing both the sides, it will suffice to clarify paragraph-26 of the order to the effect that in the copies of the statements recorded from the victim girl and the witnesses, the names shall be redacted and it shall be handed over to the writ petitioner. It goes without saying that whatever rights are available to the writ petitioner, can be availed of in the manner known to law.
