This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ

Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity].

Captioned WMP has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in re-presenting the captioned writ petition.

Mr.K.Arunagiri, learned counsel for petitioner adverting to

a portion of paragraph 2 of support affidavit submits that the petitioner has misplaced certain vital documents and hence there was delay in filing the documents sought for by the Registry. Relevant portion of paragraph No.2 of the support affidavit is extracted hereunder:
