This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to restore the Writ Petition which

was dismissed for default on 29.11.2018.

It can be seen that the petitioner was working as Gurukkal. On charges

he was suspended. He preferred a revision. Revision was also dismissed. Challenging the suspension and revision order, he filed the Writ Petition. The said Writ Petition was dismissed for default and hence the petition for restoration is filed.
