3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.It is represented by Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaran, learned counsel representing the petitioner, that the counter has been filed to the affidavit as it stood before.

5.If the learned Special Government Pleader finds it necessary to file a counter, he shall file the same by three weeks.
