Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant having reservation about the observation of this Court regarding the learned Single Judge's order going beyond the scope of the suspension order has brought to the notice of this Court by way of mentioning that the last three lines of paragraph No.5 of our order needs re-consideration. The said three lines reads as follows:

“At the same time, we also concern about certain observations made by the learned Single Judge regarding the merits of the order, which may cause prejudice to the appellant.”

2. This Court has made the above observation consciously, so that the

enquiry officer should not be carried away by the observations made by the

learned Single Judge. Hence, it requires no re-consideration.
