Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Appeal with liberty to make a fresh representation. He has also made an endorsement to this effect.

2.In fact, such liberty has already been granted in Paragraph 7 of the writ order, wherein the writ Court has observed that if the appellant believes that R2 owes him any money, it is well open to the appellant to take necessary steps to recover the same.

3.This Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty with liberty to make a fresh representation before the authorities. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
