Heard the learned counsel on either side.
the employer to take action against her husband on the ground that he had committed bigamy. The learned single Judge vide order dated 22.07.2019 disposed of the writ petition by accepting the stand of the writ petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, this writ appeal has been filed by the husband.
