The learned Special Government pleader appearing on behalf of the

respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the District Registrar has sent a proposal

to the Inspector General of Registration on 08.04.2025 for appointment of

¶29

special officer. In turn, the IG Registration forwarded the proposal to the Government for passing appropriate orders on 16.04.2025. The learned Special

Government Pleader would further submit that the Government will pass orders

¶31

within a period of two weeks.
