Writ petitioner is appellant before this Court. Appellant seeks to re-

convey acquired lands based on G.O.Ms.No.1451 dated 28.10.1988.

2. It is not in dispute between parties that subject lands were acquired

by Government and acquisition proceedings completed in all respects in the year 1988. Acquired lands were handed over to Tamil Nadu Housing Board for 2/5

-------------------------developing neighbourhood housing scheme. Learned Government Advocate would submit that apartments have been constructed and allottees occupied their respective premises.

That being the factum, direction issued by writ Court granting liberty to petitioner to workout remedy under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 would not arise at all. In the present case award passed, compensation deposited, possession taken and acquired properties have been developed by Tamil Nadu Housing Board. Thus, appellant has not established even a semblance of legal right to grant the relief to re-convey the acquired land.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed . No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
