This writ appeal is rendered infructuous as, post-institution of the appeal, final orders have been passed in file No.COMP- 11015/8/2023IBBI/766/783. The prayer in the writ petition had itself only been a challenge to show-cause notice dated 03.07.2023 which has now culminated in the final orders challenged by the appellant in W.P.No. 12409 of 2024. Hence this writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say all contentions raised by this appellant assailing the showcause notice are available to be canvassed, if the appellant so desires, in W.P.No. 12409 of 2024. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
