ORDER
The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to pass an order to withdraw the case bearing I.D.O.P.No.300 of 2022 on the file of the District Judge, Family Court, Trichy, is to be transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Madurai District.
2.The Sub Court, Madurai, has no jurisdiction to deal with the IDOP Cases. Hence, the petitioner seeks time to amend the prayer on 29.04.2025. But, from 29.04.2025, till now the petitioner has not taken any steps to amend the prayer.
3.Therefore, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed
with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition with correct prayer. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
