4 . The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would

submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and IDOP No.203 of 2024, pending on the file of Principal District Court at Tiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Family Court at Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
