Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife. Despite service of notice, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife, inviting my attention to the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition, contended that the petitioner/wife has to take care of a 2 1/2 year old child and

therefore, she is not in a position to attend the proceedings pending before Family Court, Tiruvallur.

I am satisfied that the petitioner/wife has made out good ground for

transfer of the proceedings to Sub Court, Arni.

Accordingly, Tr.CMP No.529 of 2025 is allowed and HMOP No.94 of 2025 pending on the file of Family Court, Tiruvallur is withdrawn and the same is transferred to Sub Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

The Family Court, Tiruvallur is directed to send the entire records relating to HMOP No.94 of 2025 to the file of Sub Court, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District forthwith.
