This case is registered for alleged offences under Sections 76(1) of

the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015. The incident is said to have occurred in the year 2020. The allegation in this case is that the accused had forced his child to beg in the streets. Though, the case was registered in the year 2020, the whereabouts of the accused are not known till date, and there is absolutely no scope for tracing him.
