This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

This case was registered in Cr.No.1137 of 2019 dated 27.09.2019. After completion of investigation, the case was charge-sheeted for the offence under Section 380 and 511 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The allegation in this case is that the Accused had attempted to commit theft. It is stated that the defacto complainant does not want to pursue the case any further and the case is pending at warrant stage.
