Considering the rival submissions, this Court, by order dated 14.10.2024, has disposed of the writ petition, with a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated period. This Court has also directed the authority to furnish the details as to whether any compensation has been provided, the manner in which it has been disbursed and to whom it has been disbursed.

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order of this Court

passed in W.P.(MD)No.24033 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024 has not been complied with by the respondents, has filed the above contempt petition in Cont.P.(MD)No.462 of 2025.

In the contempt petition, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector in Na.Ka.No.E-Colrev/Colr/3016897/2025/B6, dated 27.05.2025. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader and the proceedings of the District Collector dated 27.05.2025, this Court, by order dated 13.06.2025, closed the contempt petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. Thereafter, this application has been filed to re-open the contempt petition stating that the compensation amount has not been deposited as stated in the proceedings of the District Collector dated 27.05.2025 and based on the return memo of the concerned Sub Registrar.

During the course of hearing this application, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced the challans for the deposit of the compensation amount before the appropriate Civil Court and the endorsement found in the encumbrance register. The copies are also furnished to the petitioner.
