The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner / sole contemnor is not in the Post presently and he retired by 20.05.2025 itself and hence, he is not aware of the statutory notice issued

against him. It is further submitted that the order passed in the writ petitions will be complied by next week and hence, the presence of the petitioner / sole contemnor may be condoned.
