By order dated 24.11.2020, the contempt petitions were closed in view of the interim stay granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)Nos.15721-15724/2019 filed against the judgment made in W.A(MD)Nos.278 and 279 of 2015, dated 18.01.2017.

Now it is stated that the Apex Court has dismissed abovesaid SLPs by order dated 19.12.2024. Thereafter, the petitioners made representations requesting the contemnors

to comply with the judgment passed in the writ appeals. Since the contemnors have not chosen to comply with the judgment of this Court, the present Sub-Applications have been filed.
