In effect, the applicants seek payment out for the total amount and for the Registry to divide that into five parts and to pay 1/5^th to each one of the named individuals. The total amount recalled as put up by the Registry is Rs.1,39,77,626/-. When divided into five equal parts each one of the petitioners would be entitled Rs.27,95,525/-. The said amount may be transferred to the bank accounts of the each one of the five individuals
