JUDGMENT
When the case was taken up for hearing on 15.11.2024, the learned Counsel
appearing for the appellants reported no instructions. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the appellants and notice was issued to the appellants.
2.When the case was taken up for hearing today, ie., on 29.01.2025, the names of the appellants are printed in the cause list. The appellants neither appeared in person nor any Advocate is appointed to adjudicate their case.
4.Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
