When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.08.2025, Mr.M.Suresh, representing counsel for Mr.B.Prasanna Vinoth, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that his client sent a letter dated 15.08.2025 by stating that the party has to change the counsel and he has also returned the bundle to his client. Hence, he sought permission
