PRAYER: This Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the Decree and Judgment of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tirunelveli dated 01.10.2012 made in A.S.No.55 of 2012 confirming the decree and Judgment of the I Additional District Munsif,Tirunelveli dated 16.02.2012 made in O.S.No.114 of 2009.

ORDER:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the Appellant not appear in person or by Advocate, and this Court having granted time till 20.02.2025 to the Appellant herein/Plaintiff is directed to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry on or before 20.02.2025, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed
