The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that he had filed a letter dated 16.06.2025 indicating that connected Second Appeal in S.A.No.505 of 2015 had been allowed by this Court, thereby granted the relief of partition as prayed in the present Suit in S.A.No.627 of 2015 and hence, he would submit that the present Second Appeal may be withdrawn.

2.Recording the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant and statement made by him, the present Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
