This Second Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the Judgment and Decree, dated February 05, 2014 made in A.S.No. 17 of 2012 on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam, confirming the Judgment and Decree, dated February 17, 2012 made in O.S.No. 312 of 2010 on the file of learned District Munsif, Sathyamangalam,
