Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the election has already been conducted and that an Election O.P. has been filed before the District Court in O.S.Nos.424 of 2025 and 425 of 2025 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Review Application.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Review Application is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
