On 7.3.2025, the following order was passed:

“Shri P.S.Raman, Senior Counsel appearing for appellant in both the appeals, stated that his instructions are to request the Court to quash and set aside the impugned judgment and thereby restore the suits and, after the suits are restored, withdraw the suits unconditionally.
