ORDER
In respect of the dispute which is the subject matter of the application,
this Court vide order dated 17.12.2024, in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div) No.451 of 2024, has already appointed an Arbitrator to enter reference and adjudicate the dispute between the parties. Further, the present application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 (in short “ A & C Act”) was directed to be converted into application under Section 17 of A&C Act, 2015 and decided by the Arbitrator vide order dated 17.12.2024 in O.A.No.608 of 2024.
