The petitioner is the father of one Prithivi, aged about 21 years. Since she gone missing from 25.01.2025, after registering a complaint informing about her missing, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed suspecting that he would have been wrongly detained by the third and fourth respondents.

2.The respondent police has secured the girl and produced before this Court. On interacting with the girl, it appears that she left her house, since her parents compelling her to marry against her wish to pursue study.

3.The parents of the girl are present before this Court and they assured that they will not disturb her studies.
