O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J. )

The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by a mother complaining that her minor daughter, who was born on 31.05.2008 had been missing on and from 15.09.2025. Her daughter is studying 12^th standard in Government Higher Secondary School. In this connection, the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 16.09.2025 before the second respondent and FIR in Crime No.180 of 2025 had been registered under the caption 'girl missing'. Today, the detenue had been produced before us.

2 . We have impressed upon her the necessity to continue

with her studies and we have also placed a request with the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to have a word with the Headmaster of the Government Higher Secondary School, where she is studying, to enable her to continue with her studies.

3. Let further investigation be conducted with respect to the

First Information Report which had been registered including conducting medical examination of the detenue and all other necessary formalities. The petitioner and her husband also present. The detenue had consented to go along with her parents. The detenue may be handed over to the parents after taking medical examination and any other formalities are completed.

4. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
