Sri Rathna Velayutha Sivaprakasa Pandara Sannathigal, Kumara Devar Mutt, Virudhachalam (D1) and M/s Ace Skill Development Pvt Ltd. (D2). Suit instituted under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C., 1908 sought a permanent injunction restraining interference with the plaintiff's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. A Mediation Report and a joint mediation agreement recording settlement between the parties, acknowledged by counsel for both sides, were placed before the Court.
