2.Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Suresh Kumar, learned Counsel for the respondent.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent that during the pendency of this Civil Revision Petition, a Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 15.12.2025, has been filed by the petitioner and the respondent stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between them. In the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 15.12.2025, it had been stated as under:
