Tiruchirappalli, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the above said suit.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the suit has been filed in January

2024 for dissolution of marriage. The defendant has already filed her written

statement on 04.12.2024 and it was posted for framing of issues on 20.02.2025. In such circumstances, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

3. The suit has been posted for framing of issues on 20.02.2025. In such circumstances, merely by approaching this Court, the petitioner cannot jump the queue and get expeditious disposal of the suit.

4. In view of the above said facts, the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible.
