This petition has been filed to set aside the impugned execution application in E.A.No.4 of 2022 in E.P.No.119 of 2019 in TF.A.C.P.No.518 of 2015 dated 10.10.2022 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Trichy.
appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, where an amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties. He would further submit that pursuant to the said settlement, the petitioners have paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the respondent. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
