ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.505 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi.

The deceased one Raja @ Kumarasamy filed a suit in O.S.No.505 of

2022 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi against the respondents herein seeking declaration and permanent injunction.

Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent Nos.4 to 9, notice to the respondent Nos.4 to 9 is dispensed with.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi to dispose

of the suit in O.S.No.505 of 2022 within a reasonable time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.505 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
