By order dated 07.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.110 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
- The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.692/2025, dated 25.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 07.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
- Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 07.01.2025.
