This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent,

notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioners are the defendants in the suit filed by the respondent herein on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District in O.S.No.133 of 2020 for declaration of honourship right as well as permanent injunction.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the respondent for declaration and permanent injunction is pending for the past five years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.133 of 2020 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
