The auction purchaser in O.S.No.120 of 2010 on the file of the District

Munsif Court, Periyakulam, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition, seeking expeditious disposal of E.A.No.3 of 2022.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the revision petitioner has filed

the above said application for the relief of delivery of the property.

¶18

3. Considering the fact that the said application is pending for more than 3 years, the Executing Court is directed to dispose of E.A.No.3 of 2022 on or before 31.08.2025 .

4. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
