This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 01.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.10 of 2022 in O.S.No.171 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.171 of 2017 has already been decided by the trial Court, vide judgment dated 20.09.2025 and thus, the prayer sought for in this petition has now become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
