Challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional

District Munsif Judge at Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in

O.S.No.337 of 2003.

The plaintiff and the defendant in O.S.No.337 of 2003 are the petitioner and the respondent

herein respectively.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and as well as the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the parties are aged about 75 years and therefore they pray for the final disposal of the suit itself.

Considering the limited request made by both side counsels, I direct the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Cheyyar to dispose of the I.A. No. 1 of 2024 in O.S.No.337 of 2003, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Thereafter, the trial court should try to dispose of the suit itself as expeditiously as possible considering the age of the parties.
