It is seen from the remarks submitted by the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Mahila Court, Puducherry, the petitioner herein instituted a complaint against the respondents and the 1^st respondent filed his counter and the matter is posted for petitioner’s side enquiry. It is further submitted by the learned Magistrate in view of preliminary stage of enquiry, three months are required for disposal of the domestic violence case.
