No.40 of 2020 on the file of Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Tiruvallur, dated 20.07.2022 and consequently direct the learned Fast Track Court Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvallur to proceed with trial in S.T.C. No.40 of 2020 in accordance with law.

Pursuant to the order of this court dated 14.03.2025, the matter was listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent had submitted a Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.03.2025. The same is scanned and recorded.

The respective counsel have identified the revision petitioner and the respondent herein. Mrs.Anitha, the learned Special Government Pleader had also verified the identity of the persons as revision petitioner and the respondent herein. As the entire amount awarded in the Lok Adalat is settled to the revision petitioner by the respondent, the Lok Adalat Award in L.A.C. No.337 of 2022 in ST.C. No.40 of 2020 on the file of Fast Track (Magistrate Level), Tiruvallur dated 20.07.2022 is closed, as no further orders are required. The same is recorded and the Civil Revision Petition is closed by recording the Joint Compromise Memo dated 18.03.2025 entered into between the parties and their respective and the same shall form part of this order. No costs. The scanned copy of the same is as below:
