PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act 18/1960 to set aside the judgment and decree passed in R.C.A.Nos.657 & 468 of 2017 dated 6.3.2021 by the IX Asst.Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai confirming the order passed in RCOP No.991 of 2014 dated 6.4.2016 by XVI Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai and RCOP No.405 of 2013 dated 23.3.2017 by the XII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
