ORDER
The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in a suit for partition pending in O.S.
No. 2735 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, has
sought for expeditious disposal of the said partition suit. The petitioner, aged 83
years, seeks early disposal in order to to see the colour of the coin during her lifetime.
respondent is dispensed with. Taking into account the pendency of the suit in
O.S. No. 2735 of 2021, a direction is issued to the IV Additional City Civil
Court, Chennai, to dispose of the suit on or before 31.03.2026.
There shall be no order as to costs.
