Pursuant to my order dated 24.06.2025, the learned Distict Munsif

cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur (FAC) in and by D.No.831/2025 dated 07.07.2025, has reported to the Registry of this Court stating that the learned Judge has full Additional Charge of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, only in May 2025. The learned Judge has also indicated that Interlocutory Applications are pending enquiry and now, the suit along with Applications stand posted to 05.08.2025.
