permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. He also prayed that the petitioner may be granted

liberty to challenge the order of delivery.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for

the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of delivery.
