Challenging the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam in Cr.M.P.No.167 of 2025 dated 24.06.2025, this criminal revision case has been filed.

The impugned order came to be passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam on the complaint made by the respondents 4 to 6 in this revision case under Section 175(3) of BNSS seeking to register a criminal case as against the revision petitioner herein. This impugned order came to be passed directing the 1^st respondent police to register a criminal case as against the revision petitioner herein. Challenging the same, this revision case is filed.

Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order of the Judicial Magistrate, the 1^st respondent police has registered an F.I.R in Crime No.154 of 2025 on 18.07.2025. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this criminal revision case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Revision case is closed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application to quash the F.I.R which was registered as against him. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
