This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the Revision Petitioner to set aside the order dated 18.06.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.2928 of 2024 in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai to return the Ashok Leyland Tipper Lorry bearing Reg.No.TN-28-AK-7918 to the Revision Petitioner.

learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner does not wish to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. In this regard, he has circulated a letter
