This Criminal Revision Petition is filed, challenging the condition imposed by the learned First Additional District and Sessions Judge in Crl.A.No.95 of 2024, directing the petitioner herein to deposit Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of S.T.C.No.227 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi.

However, this Court had passed an order on 12.06.2025, relaxing the said condition by reducing the amount from Rs.2,00,000/to Rs.50,000/-.
