The Criminal Revision has been filed by the State seeking to set aside

the order dated 25.01.2019 made in Crl.A.No.85 of 2017 passed by the learned II Additional District and sessions Judge, Tiruppur, reversing the judgment dated 14.07.2017 made in C.C.No.35 of 2013 on the file of the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, insofar as the respondent/A4 is concerned.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

accused/K.Natarajan, S/o.Kuppusamy has passed away and nothing survives

in the revision for adjudication.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the death

certificate of K.Natarajan, confirming that the said K.Natarajan died on

30.09.2023 and the Death Certificate is extracted hereunder:
