Criminal Revision under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 filed by the complainant (T.T.Bhoopalan) against the final order dated 03.03.2025 in Crl.MP.No.1103 of 2025 on the file of the learned XVII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, praying for a direction to the fourth respondent (Inspector of Police-Crime, R 1, Mambalam Police Station) to register the First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2025. By an order dated 12.06.2025, this Court had found a prima facie case to register FIR and directed the fourth respondent to register FIR. Aggrieved thereby, the fifth respondent (R.Alwin Raja, impleaded as per order dated 04.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.11650 of 2025) preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, pending as SLP No.9650 of 2025, and obtained an interim order of stay. 3. This Court, by an order dated 12.06.2025 found prima facie

case to register FIR and directed the fourth respondent to register FIR. Aggrieved by the same, the fifth respondent herein, preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and it is pending in SLP No.9650 of 2025 and also obtained an interim order of stay.
